The owner of R. P. Adjustment Group, Ruben Perez, previously worked for the insurance companies as an "independent" insurance adjuster. He has personally handled claims for over 30 different insurance companies which include State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, USAA, Chubb and Lloyds of London Insurance. He also worked as a commercial “large loss” property insurance adjuster with over $100,000 in draft authority.

Mr. Perez has traveled the United States as a "catastrophe" adjuster during times of need and represented the insurance companies for Hurricane Katrina, Frances, Jeanne, Wilma, Rita and Ike. Mr. Perez has acquired numerous certifications from Haag Engineering, one of the oldest engineering firms in the country specializing in the analysis of failure and damage. These certifications include Wind vs. Wave Damage Assessment, Earthquake Damage and Reconstruction and Commercial Roofs Damage Assessment.

Lastly, Mr. Perez is one the few Public Adjusters who is Water, Fire & Smoke certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). This diverse background and his extensive insurance experience, has provided him with the knowledge needed to ensure you receive the proper settlement from your insurance company.
